What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, a 5% cancellation fee applies. Once an order has shipped, standard return policies apply. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available in various denominations and can be used for any purchase on our website. They never expire and make perfect gifts when you're not sure what to choose.

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?

Currently, we accept one payment method per order. However, you can use a gift card in combination with a credit card or PayPal to complete your purchase.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States with no minimum purchase required. This is our way of making luxury gifting more accessible.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on product type:

  • Ready-to-ship items: 1-3 business days processing + 3-7 business days shipping
  • Custom items: 2-3 weeks production + shipping
  • Complex custom orders: 4-6 weeks production + shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped. If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update it.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account to view order status and tracking details.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package arrives with visible damage, refuse the delivery and note "refused due to damage" on the delivery receipt. Contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost. For concealed damage discovered after delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photos. See our Return Policy for complete details.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (contact us first)

What items cannot be returned?

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale items and gift cards
  • Corporate bulk orders
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Used items or items without original packaging
  • Candles that have been burned
How do I start a return?

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive your Return Authorization Number
  4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  5. Ship to the address provided (you pay return shipping)

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product within 5 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet all return eligibility requirements. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Why do product colors look different than on my screen?

Additionally, natural materials like wood, marble, and ceramics have inherent variations that make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects but rather characteristics of authentic, handcrafted items.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We currently do not offer gift wrapping services. However, all our items are carefully packaged for safe delivery, and many arrive in beautiful packaging that's perfect for gifting.

Can I add a gift message to my order?

We currently do not offer personalized gift messages with orders. If you need this service for a special occasion, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I care for my items?

Care instructions vary by product and material. Each item includes specific care guidelines on its product page. For general guidance, most home decor items should be dusted regularly and kept away from direct sunlight and excessive moisture.

How do I know what size art or decor will fit my space?

Each product page includes detailed dimensions (height, width, depth). Before purchasing, measure your intended space and consider the scale of surrounding furniture. As a general rule, wall art should take up 2/3 to 3/4 of the wall space above a piece of furniture. For specific recommendations, feel free to contact us with your room dimensions and photos.

What materials are your products made from?

How do I clean and care for different materials?

Care instructions vary by material:

  • Wood: Dust with soft cloth; use wood-specific cleaners sparingly

  • Ceramic/Porcelain: Wipe with damp cloth; hand wash decorative pieces

Are the colors in photos accurate?

We photograph our products in natural lighting to show colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions. Natural materials like wood and stone will also have unique variations and grain patterns. These natural variations are part of what makes handcrafted items special and are not considered defects.

Do canvas prints come ready to hang?

Most of our canvas art comes ready to hang with hanging hardware included. Gallery-wrapped canvases have finished edges and don't require framing. Specific hanging information and hardware details are noted on each product page. If you have questions about installation, we're happy to help.

Can I request custom sizes or colors?

Many of our artisan partners offer customization options for size, color, or finish. Custom orders typically require 4-6 weeks and are non-returnable. Contact us with your specific requirements and we'll let you know what's possible and provide a quote.

How much weight can decorative wall art hold?

Weight capacity depends on your wall type and hanging method. Product pages list item weight. For drywall, use appropriate anchors rated for 2-3x the item's weight. For plaster or concrete, use wall-appropriate hardware. We're happy to provide hanging recommendations—just ask!
