At Curated Home Gifts (a division of LOOMLAN), our Customer Service and Logistics teams are dedicated to getting your luxury gifts and home decor delivered safely and efficiently. Please read this shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will arrive.

Every order ships free to the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required.

Delivery Methods

Standard Parcel Delivery

Most items at Curated Home Gifts ship via standard parcel delivery (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

  • Delivery Location: Your shipment will be delivered to the front door of your residence.
  • Signature: Signature is not required for most deliveries.
  • Apartments: If you live in a multi-unit building, the carrier will deliver to your front door whenever possible. If your building restricts access to non-residents, the carrier will deliver to the closest accessible point.
  • Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Freight Delivery (Large Items)

Larger decorative items, wall art, and oversized pieces may ship via freight.

  • Curbside Delivery: The freight carrier will deliver to your driveway or curb.
  • Scheduling: The carrier will contact you 48 hours in advance to schedule delivery.
  • Signature Required: You or an authorized adult must be present to sign for delivery.
  • Delivery Team: Freight deliveries typically include one driver. The driver will leave your item(s) at the curb or driveway and will not bring items inside or unbox them.

Processing & Shipping Time

Ready-to-Ship Items

Most items in our collection are ready to ship and will be processed within 1-3 business days of order placement.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom-made or personalized gifts require additional production time:

  • Standard custom items: 2-3 weeks
  • Complex custom orders: 4-6 weeks

We will contact you with a confirmed timeline after you place your order.

Note: Production times are estimates and may vary based on current order volume and item complexity. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Email confirmation with tracking number
  • Carrier information (UPS, FedEx, freight carrier, etc.)
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your order status anytime by visiting the carrier's website or checking your order in your Curated Home Gifts account.

Delivery Day

Before Delivery Arrives

  • Clear the area where you plan to place your new item(s)
  • Ensure adequate space for unboxing and assembly (if applicable)
  • For apartments with restricted access, notify the carrier or building management in advance

On Delivery Day

  • You will receive a notification from the carrier with a delivery window
  • Inspect packages for visible damage before accepting delivery
  • If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately

Measuring Your Space

Before purchasing, please measure your space to ensure items will fit through:

  • Doorways and entryways
  • Hallways and interior doors
  • Stairways (width and length)
  • Elevators (height, width, and depth)
  • Any tight corners or obstructions

Important: Product dimensions are listed on each product page. Generally, doorway width should exceed the package's largest dimension. If an item does not fit and must be returned, return shipping charges and restocking fees will apply. See our Return Policy for details.

Shipping Restrictions

Geographic Limitations

  • Free shipping applies to: Contiguous United States only
  • Not available: Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations

Address Changes

  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped
  • Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase
  • Orders refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect address information are not eligible for refund

Special Circumstances

Corporate & Bulk Orders

For corporate gifting or bulk orders (10+ items), please contact our team for customized shipping arrangements and timelines.

Gift Shipments to Multiple Addresses

If you're sending gifts to multiple recipients, please place separate orders for each shipping address. This ensures proper tracking and delivery for each gift.

Weather & Force Majeure

Delivery times may be affected by severe weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any delays and work with carriers to ensure delivery as soon as possible.

Damaged or Missing Items

Visible Damage

If your shipment arrives with visible damage:

  • Refuse the delivery and note "refused due to damage" on the delivery document
  • Contact us immediately at curatedhomegifts@loomlan.com
  • We will arrange for a replacement at no cost

Concealed Damage

If you discover damage after accepting delivery:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • We will coordinate a replacement or repair at no cost

Missing Items

If items are missing from your order:

  • Check all packaging materials carefully
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will investigate and send replacements as needed

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, please note:

  • Processing times may extend by 2-3 business days
  • Carrier delivery times may be longer than usual
  • We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your needed date
  • Custom and personalized items should be ordered 4-6 weeks in advance
